Thank you for your interest in Corinne Hursh Events. As a boutique company, we take great pride in planning a limited number of weddings per year. Our goal is to ensure that our couples receive the highest level of personal attention. Please take a moment to look through our services. We understand every couple is different and will tailor our services to your exact needs.


Hourly Consultation

For couples who desire assistance in clarifying their vision, refining their budget or navigating the fundamentals of planning their perfect wedding, hourly consultations provide the benefit of our expert advice as you need it.



Perfect for couples seeking assistance with details and wanting peace of mind leading up to and on their wedding day, our Classic package includes:


  • All Corinne Hursh Event’s special vendor savings will be passed on to you
  • Completion of a wedding profile
  • Review your ideas and vision for the ceremony and reception
  • Provide creative ideas and suggestions to compliment your decor
  • Review your vendors
  • Review venue selected and discusses floor plan, rain plan and décor layout
  • Create a detailed timeline and floor plan to provide to all vendors
  • Confirm logistics with each vendor one week prior to the wedding


  • Attendance of one-hour wedding rehearsal in which Corinne Hursh Events staff will direct rehearsal flow and coordinate ceremony details

Wedding Day

  • A Corinne Hursh Events Specialist and at least one assistant will arrive three to four hours prior to wedding ceremony start time to ensure all deliveries and décor are perfect
  • Use of Corinne Hursh Events Emergency Kit
  • Direct wedding ceremony and reception flow
  • Oversee vendor arrival/main point of contact for vendors
  • Transport items from ceremony to reception (size limits apply)
  • Direct reception flow with introduction of the bridal party, first dance, cake cutting, and toasts
  • Distribute any remaining payments or gratuities to vendors as needed
  • Pin flowers on family and attendants distribute bouquets and oversee floral placement
  • Ensure timeline is followed according to plan
  • Handle all discrepancies, last minute details, and necessary changes
  • Set-up items: toasting glasses, cake cutter, guest book, place cards, photos, guest favors, etc.
  • Ensure remaining cake and to-go meal is boxed and delivered (if desired)
  • Deliver gifts and personal items to a secure location

Please Note: Included in the Classic package are three in-person meetings (with the couples and/or vendors) and unlimited phone call, text and e-mail.



For the couple that desires an exceptional level of personal attention and assistance with vendor selection, décor and vendor management, the Premium package includes all Classic package services as well as:

  • Décor and design consultation
  • Assistance with vendor selection, contract negotiation, and contract review
  • Attendance of all essential vendor meetings
  • Up to four in-person meetings/consultations



Our ultimate wedding service, the Luxury provides couples assistance with every aspect of their wedding planning from venue selection to day-of logistics. Each detail is overseen by a seasoned expert, who works with couples to create their dream wedding. This investment includes all Classic and Premium package services as well as:

  • Assistance with venue selection
  • Initial budget creation and ensuring adherence of budget
  • Attendance of all relevant vendor meetings
  • Act as point person for most vendor communications
  • Assistance in planning the rehearsal dinner
